Dr. CoCo Chin, D.C. L.Ac.
Dr. Chin integrates the knowledge she obtained in chiropractic, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and Chinese herbal medicine to develop a personalized treatment protocol for every patient’s needs. She treats an array of conditions including musculoskeletal pain, headaches, stress, and female disorders such as menstrual cramps, menstrual irregularity, premenstrual syndrome, and menopausal symptoms.
Dr. Chin was born in Taiwan. She attended the University of California, San Diego, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacological Chemistry.
Dr. Chin received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at the Southern California University of Health Sciences. She has received clinical training in chiropractic at Cal State Los Angeles, the Sidelle Wellness Medical Center for AIDS patients, and was a part of the AIDS Life Cycle medical team in 2013. In 2013 and 2014, she received clinical training in acupuncture and Oriental medicine at the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan. She graduated with honors and distinguished herself with recognition on the Dean’s List. She is also the recipient of the Dr. San Hong Hwang Technique Award in acupuncture in 2014.
She is also a part-time faculty and supervisor clinician at Southern California University of Health Sciences for the Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine program.
